People from all over Spain joined this adventure: Canary Islands, Barcelona, the Basque Country, Aragón… and even one diver traveling all the way from the United States. All brought together by the desire to discover the Red Sea and enjoy a week of unforgettable diving.
The adventure began with a bit of rivalry on board as we started the week watching the derby between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. Even though the signal in the middle of the sea did not always make things easy, we still managed to follow parts of the match, celebrating and suffering equally for our teams.
And while football was the main topic above the surface… below us waited the real spectacle.
Ras Mohamed, Tiran, Dunraven, Kingston and the legendary Thistlegorm gifted us relaxed dives full of marine life. Turtles, rays, huge schools of reef fish and endless underwater activity accompanied every descent. But one of the most magical moments came at Thomas Reef, where a family of dolphins appeared during the dive and gave us an unforgettable encounter.
The weather was also completely on our side, blessing us with a calm sea throughout the entire week, allowing us to fully enjoy every corner of this classic northern route in perfect conditions.
Now everyone heads back home after an incredible experience… although many are already looking forward to our next special expedition announcement.
