Last cruise of the season and the classic Northern Red Sea route, a favorite among many of those who joined us throughout 2025.
We said goodbye to the year just as we began it: with a full boat and an amazing atmosphere. Twenty-three people from different parts of Spain chose to spend New Year’s Eve with us. Many of them had never met before, yet a special connection quickly formed, united by what we all share: a love for diving and a desire to enjoy every moment.
We dived at the best sites of Ras Mohamed, the Strait of Tiran and the Thistlegorm, enjoying vibrant reefs filled with life, rays, turtles, countless colorful fish and spectacular visibility. Water temperatures stayed at a pleasant 25 °C throughout the week, and calm seas gave us perfect conditions for every dive.
Following tradition, we welcomed the New Year underwater with a very special night dive, where Mark once again acted as master of ceremonies, counting down and eating the grapes underwater. And as if the Red Sea knew it was a special week, dolphins appeared that very night to welcome us into the New Year, gifting us a magical moment none of us will ever forget.
For the NextGen team, it has been one of the most special seasons we can remember, feeling your support week after week. Now it’s time to pause, rest and recharge, as in just a few days we head to the dry dock to begin the maintenance and care of our boat here in the Red Sea.
Thank you for an unforgettable year. See you very soon under the blue.
