Shark & Yolanda Reef
Thistlegorm
Jackson Reef
Considered by many world-class divers and photographers as one of the best dives in the world, we start from Anemone City where dozens of large anemones with their families of clownfish make the name of this dive make sense. The passage between the reefs crossing the blue with an infinite background creates an impressive contrast when reaching the wall of multicolored corals of Shark Reef, where schools of different fish will mark the way to Yolanda Reef, where the remains of their cargo They mix with endless colorful fish and corals. An incredible dive.
Without a doubt the wreck par excellence and for many the most anticipated moment of the week, especially our famous night. A “Must”, this mythical wreck sunk in 1941 during the Second World War and which could be considered almost like a museum, has an unusual amount of life (schools of JackFish, tuna, bat fish, nudibranchs, crocodile fish )… all covered by a mantle of colored corals. It is a wreck with very easy access to its interior where we will find rifles, motorcycles, trucks... that make us feel part of its history.
It is one of the most famous dives in the Tiran Strait. The abundance of all types of corals, vertical walls, gorgonians and fish of all sizes and colors make it a simply spectacular dive. It is common to enjoy an encounter with turtles in their coral gardens, whitetip sharks or with luck see one of the hammerhead sharks that reside on the north face of the reef.
